Laia began her journey in 2019 through yoga — not simply as a practice, but as a way of life. The deeper she went, the more clarity and connection she found within herself. She trained as a yoga teacher and began guiding her own classes, where an essential discovery emerged: her students’ most valued moments were the hands-on adjustments during deep relaxation.
This realization sparked a natural transition into Thai massage. What began as curiosity soon became a path of exploration into conscious touch.
For Laia, touch and meditation are not separate tools but expressions of the same presence. Her work is rooted in deep listening — using the hands, awareness, and intuition to meet each person exactly where they are.
Each session is unique, shaped by what the body expresses in the moment — physically and emotionally. Her intention is not only to relieve tension but to support reconnection, allowing the body to release what the mind cannot always process.
Her work is for those seeking more than a massage — an experience of presence, connection, and genuine release.
