Legal notice / important information

All massages offered are wellness treatments only; they are not medical care and are not intended to replace medical follow-up or treatment. They are not meant to treat, diagnose, or cure physical or mental conditions.

Each session is tailored to your wishes and your body's needs. We always take time for a preliminary discussion to adapt the treatment to how you are on the day. Every session is therefore unique and may vary from one appointment to the next.

Massages are strictly for well-being purposes. Any request of a sexual nature or outside a professional framework will be refused.

The practitioner may end the session at any time if the client's behaviour or any situation warrants it, to ensure safety and mutual respect during the massage. The full fee remains due.

The practitioner is not liable for side effects linked to an undeclared pre-existing medical issue. Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical condition, pregnancy, or ongoing treatment before the massage.

Taking part in a massage means accepting the conditions and limits of the treatment. Exchanges and personal information are strictly confidential.

If you have any doubt about your health, please consult your doctor before any massage session. The client is responsible for any information not shared that could affect safety or the quality of the care.

The massages offered are solely for well-being and relaxation.

    • In case of a no-show without notice, 100% of the fee will be charged.
  • Lateness: Lateness does not extend the session time and may reduce the massage time scheduled.
  • Payment: Payment is due according to the terms agreed at booking (online, bank transfer, or cash).

These terms respect practitioners' time and work and help organise sessions fairly for all clients.
